Abstract:
In order to support the development of distributed solar photovoltaics, the TURBO-REFLEX project looks at technical, economic, environmental and regulatory aspects of the technology, for instance the cost and benefits of implementing it at both prosumer and overall electricity system levels, or the barriers in the legal, regulatory and technical frameworks.
The most promising solutions will be validated according to this evaluation framework in five different European real distribution grids, considering different climatic, regulatory and technical frameworks.
Based on the developed solutions, the project plans to propose business and management models for distributed solar PV that take into account the investment and operative costs and the revenues due to the sale of electricity and/or the reduction of cost of electricity supply
